Biography

I was born in Russia, learned to paint first steps with the help of my father who is also a painter. I studied Fine Arts in Ukraine from 1993 to 1998. Perform multiple assignments mostly portraits painting from photos. And so my vocation became my livelihood.

The base of the Russian school of painting is realistic and teaches capture all the details and all this in my works convey.

I am passionate about two subjects: Landscape (oil on canvas) and most of all the portrait (oil, dry brush on paper). Painting a black and white portrait seemed almost photographic try to achieve, involving all my feelings so that the work is a visual poetry.
